Refunds and Exchanges will only be done for defective or damaged items, and pictures or video will be required to be sent in.
Returns-If you are unhappy for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order, returns can be done if the product has not been opened and is in the same condition you received it in. You can ship the item to:

The customer will be responsible for shipping cost back to Nisey's Creative Candles. Once item is received, it will be inspected and your return will either be approved or rejected at that time. Once approved, you will receive a credit back for the amount spent on your order.
